Sauteed Vegetables with Chicken and Pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables with Chicken and Pasta

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
3 serving Elbows Multigrain Pasta

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Vegetables with Chicken and Pasta

Put 2 Tbsp Olive Oil in a frying pan. Put in cut up slices of chicken and sautee until cooked. Add chopped up vegetables and garlic. While those are cooking make the pasta but cook it 1-2 minutes less than the directions. When the pasta is done, drain it and add to the vegetables and chicken. Cook together a little longer to let the flavors mix.
