2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups canned tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Tomatoes & Peppers

  1. Slice onions & Peppers

  2. Place olive oil in frying pan

  3. Saute vegetables until crisp done.

  4. Add garlic, if desired.

  5. At last minute, add basil
