Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Summer Veggies

4 cups zucchini, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups swiss chard, chopped
3 cups tomatoes, diced
1 can (14.5 ounce) beans, black, drained & rinsed
2 leeks, halved and sliced
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Summer Veggies

Sautee onion and leeks in olive oil. Add zucchini and sautee until soft. Add tomatoes, garlic and swiss chard; sautee until chard is wilted. Add beans and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through.
