2 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons fresh garlic

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Summer Squash and Spinach

  1. warp up 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the garlic. Add in the summer squash. Once squash is almost completely cooked add in the spinach for 5 minutes.
