Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Summer Squash

1 cup yellow squash
1 cup zucchini
1/4 cup red onion
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Summer Squash

Drizzle olive oil in frying pan, set burner on stovetop to a medium heat. Add squash and onions, sautee until tender. Turn up heat to high to brown squash. Add salt and seasoning, stir, remove from heat and serve immediately.
