2.5 cup slices Squash, Summer, All Varieties
8 oz Onion Yellow

Recipe Directions for Sauteed squash and onions

  1. Chop squash in slices, and chop onion in large pieces.

  2. Add olive oil to skillet, heat

  3. Add squash and onions to skillet, saute until onions become translucent and squash is soft and can bend easily

  4. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste

  5. Serve with fresh tomato slices
