Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Squash-Bell Pepper-Snap Pea Medley

2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2/3 cup Sugar Snap Peas
1 serving Mirin
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
0.3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Squash-Bell Pepper-Snap Pea Medley

Heat olive oil and saute peppers and squash a few minutes. Add snap peas and saute another minute. Add mirin and saute to glaze. Finish with chopped (or dry) dill weed and season with salt & pepper.
