Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Squash with Basil & Mirin

3 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 serving Mirin
1/4 tsp Light Salt Mixture
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Squash with Basil & Mirin

Cut squash into slices. Mince garlic. Heat oil in skillet and saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add squash and stir-fry on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until almost tender. Add mirin and stir to deglaze squash. Add basil and seasonings and serve.
