Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Spinach

10 ounces spinach
1/2 cup shallots
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Spinach

  1. chop shallots fine

  2. mince garlic

  3. heat olive oil in saute pan till hot

  4. add shallots and garlic and saute until soft

  5. add spinach and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper

  6. when spinach cooks done sprinkle with lemon juice

  7. turn off flame and sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  8. serve over brown rice
