20 oz. spinach
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 small onion (minced)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Mince garlic and onion

  2. Add olive oil to a nonstick skillet/pan and heat

  3. Saute garlic and onion until soft

  4. Add spinach, salt and pepper

  5. Cook about 5 minutes until spinach is heated and wilted
