Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Spinach

568 grams fresh spinach
45 grams turkey bacon
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Spinach

Wash spinach. Cut stems off and cut spinach in smaller pieces. Put in pot with a little water on the bottom. Cook spinach until it's slightly wilted. Drain the water off spinach. Sautee the remaining ingredients. Stir them with the spinach.
