Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Spinach with Pine Nuts and Raisins

2 lbs Fresh Spinach, washed, patted dry and stemmed
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 tbsp Pine Nuts
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Salt and Pepper to Taste

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Spinach with Pine Nuts and Raisins

  1. Wash, dry, stem spinach and set aside.

  2. In a large saute pan, saute pine nuts and raisins until warmed through about a minute. Add spinach and stir fry another 2 to 3 minutes until spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
