Delicious, healthy sauteed spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms

16 cup Spinach
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
4 clove Garlic
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in large pot, add sliced garlic let cook gently, add mushrooms, stir, add entire bag of freshly washed spinach.

  2. Continue stirring to avoid burning and to miux thoroughly. Spinach will cook down.

  3. Serve with a slotted spoon
