3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
5 cup spinach
2 tbsp almonds

in a large pan over med. heat, add olive oil. cover bottom of pan with oil, add 3 crushed cloves of garlic. brown garlic slightly, add spinach by handfuls, stirring until dark green and smaller (it shrinks, in a way). add entire bag. reduce heat to low, add herbs and/or spices if desired and serve.
