Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Spinach with garlic

10 oz baby spinach
1 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Spinach with garlic

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan on medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic, stirring for about 1 minute or till slightly golden in color.

  3. Add a 10 oz bag of baby spinach and toss gently. The spinach will wilt and be ready to serve within 3 - 5 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately.
