Shrimp sauteed with garlic, capers, lemon & parsley.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Shrimp

1 pound shrimp
1 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons capers
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Shrimp

  1. Place 1 tablespoon each of butter & olive oil.

  2. Saute garlic. Add shrimp, cook till pink (about 1 minutes). Add capers, parsley, and lemon juice. Let cool, or serve hot over pasta, rice or grits. (I use this as a base from my shrimp salad (add a little mayo, serve with 1/2 avocado and more lemon juice on top of a bed of romaine.)
