1/2 cup salad dressing, mango chardonnay 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup green onions, sliced 2 lbs shrimp, large 4 cups broccoli, frozen 1/2 cup apricots, dried 1/2 cup cashew, pieces

1/2 cup salad dressing, mango chardonnay
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
2 lbs shrimp, large
4 cups broccoli, frozen
1/2 cup apricots, dried
1/2 cup cashew, pieces

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Shrimp w/Apricots and Cashews from Smart & Final

  1. Pour the mango chardonnay salad dressing into a small bowl.

  2. Add the spices and stir to blend. Set aside.

  3. In a large fry pan, heat the olive oil. When hot, add onions, and shrimp and saute, stirring for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.

  4. Remove shrimp from pan and keep warm.

  5. Add broccoli and apricots to pan and saute until hot, then pour salad dressing into fry pan. Add the shrimp and the cashew pieces.

  6. Cook, stirring, until hot.
