Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Red Swiss Chard & Tomatoes

6 cup raw Red Swiss Chard
2 ear, yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 tbsp Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tablespoon Oregano
0.25 tbsp Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Red Swiss Chard & Tomatoes

Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil. Add pine nuts. Add cleaned de-ribbed swiss chard. Add tomatoes and corn after chard has wilted down. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over tofu noodles.
