Sauteed potatoes with onions and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Potatoes and Onions

27 oz publix idaho potato
2 medium raw Onion Red
10 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.38 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Potatoes and Onions

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water till they cooked through

  2. Discard the water, Remove the skins and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

  3. Combine onions, garlic and cook in a saute pan with olive oil

  4. Add chili powder, turmeric, cinnamon stick, cumin & Fennel (Suduru & Maduru)

  5. Cook the onion, garlic and spices till the onions are partially fried

  6. Add the potatoes and thoroughly mix with the onion mixture

  7. Saute for 5-10 minutes and remove from heat
