Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Peppers and Onion

1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 orange bell pepper, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 large sweet onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Peppers and Onion

  1. Cut the onion in half, and then slice it into 1/8-inch-thick half-rounds

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat

  3. Add the onion, peppers and cumin.

  4. Saute about 10 minutes until onion is translucent and peppers have softened somewhat

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
