4 potatoes, pre-baked
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Scallions, minced
2 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Paprika Potatoes

  1. Peel and slice the pre-cooked baked potatoes.

  2. Saute them in olive oil.

  3. When they start to turn golden brown, add scallions and garlic, and paprika.

  4. Keep sauteeing until the potatoes are browned.
