Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed onion , mushrooms and peppers

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
10 mushrooms
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Sauteed onion , mushrooms and peppers

Chop veggies into approximately the same size pieces. Preheat skillet to med. high. Add olive oil. Sautee veggies until desired doneness. Add garlic and salt and pepper 2 min. before veggies are finished. Serve immediatly.
