Recipe Ingredients for sauteed mushrooms and spinach

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
4 cup Chard, Swiss

Recipe Directions for sauteed mushrooms and spinach

Chop garlic, mushrooms and sautee in olive oil with the salt. Chop the spinach or chard (any greens will be will be fine) and add to the pan with half a cup of water. Cover and steam for 5 mins.
