Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Mushrooms

0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.75 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 Teaspoon Parsley
1 oz Wine, Table, Red

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Mushrooms

  1. Heat olive oil.

  2. Sautee mushrooms and onions until soft.

  3. Add red wine, herbs and cook down slightly.

  4. Finish with pat of butter if desired.
