Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Mushrooms

6 fresh mushrooms (sliced or whole)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 oz lemon juice (1/2 lemon's worth)
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Mushrooms

  1. In skillet, on medium-high heat, melt butter

  2. Add mushrooms, stir, and cook a few minutes until mushrooms start to brown

  3. Add lemon juice. Stir and cook a few more minutes.

  4. Remove from stove. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when ready to eat.
