Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Mushrooms

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in skillet to med-high.

  2. Saute mushrooms in hot oil for about 3 minutes until nearly done.

  3. Mix soy sauce with about 1 tbsp water, add to skillet and continue to saute until about half the liquid evaporates.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
