1 c mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried sage
1 pinch salt

  1. Slice 1 cup of mushrooms.

  2. Heat the tsp of olive oil in the frying pan over medium low heat.

  3. Add the mushrooms to the heated oil. Sprinkle the salt and herbs over the mushrooms, and saute until the mushrooms are done.
