1 cup French Style Green Beans
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 clove Garlic

  1. cut up cauliflower head into bite-sized flowers. trim beans and but into 1-1.5 inches. cut carrots into match sticks. mince the garlic.

  2. heat oil. saute vegetables, garlic, then shrimp. add a little water.

  3. season with salt and pepper.
