Yummy green vegetables that tast great together sauteed!

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Mixed Vegetables

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/8 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup chopped brocoli
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped asparagus
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Mixed Vegetables

Heat on med high, olive oil, garlic, and salt. You should be able to feel some heat from the pan after just a couple minutes. Add all vegetables. Sautee for about 8 minutes. Turn heat down to med-low, cover and cook for about 7 more minutes. Serve hot! Goes great with smoked pork tenderloin.
