Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Mixed Vegetables

1/2 large onion, sliced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
10 medium mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon light olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Mixed Vegetables

Heat oil over medium-low heat in a large pan. Sautee red and green peppers for 2-3 minutes. Add onions, sautee for 2-3 minutes longer. Add mushrooms, sautee until all are tender.
