Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Kale

12 oz Kale
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Vinegar red wine
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.13 tsp Pink Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Kale

Prepare kale by washing and removing stems. Chop large leaves if necessary. Finely mince garlic. Cook garlic in olive oil over medium to medium-high heat until soft but not browned. Add kale and 1/2 cup water and cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook until all liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and red wine vinegar. Serve hot.
