Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed greens

1 cup kale leaves
40 grams collard green leaves
2 ounces pancetta
1 onion, small
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Sauteed greens

  1. Chop up greens.

  2. Heat pan to medium.

  3. Add pancetta and onion and cook until both are fully cooked.

  4. Add greens and cook until wilted.

  5. Toss with garlic powder and serve warm.
