Recipe Ingredients for sauteed greens

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 leek
4 cups kale
1/2 cup watercress
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for sauteed greens

  1. saute sliced leeks

  2. add greens

  3. saute until greens wilt

  4. season to taste
