Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Garlicy Lemon Kale

4 cups kale, chopped and large stems removed
1/2 T olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T lemon juice
1 T soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Garlicy Lemon Kale

In a wok, heat the oils over medium high heat and lightly brown the garlic for about a minute. Add the kale to the oil, and toss to coat. Stir fry until all the leaves are bright green. Turn the heat down to low and cover. Steam for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and soy sauce and toss. Turn up the heat and cook, uncovered, until the juices have cooked down, just a couple of minutes. Add more lemon or soy sauce to taste.
