Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Cream of Mushroom Chicken Thighs

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
1 lb skinless chicken thighs

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Cream of Mushroom Chicken Thighs

  1. clean 4 skinless chicken thighs

  2. season with seasoned salt on both sides

  3. heat skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add chicken to pan and brown on both sides

  4. add one can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of water

  5. stir (or whisk) the soup until smooth like a gravy

  6. allow to chicken to simmer for additional 15 minutes
