Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed chicken livers

150 g chicken liver
1 Plum Tomato
1/2 medium onion
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Sauteed chicken livers

Heat oil add onions and cook until translucent, add sliced tomato and cook till soft, add livers and toss with veggies, add pinch of salt and black pepper, stir and cook for up to 10 minutes till livers are cooked throughout
