My first ever recipe! This is exciting folks! I just decided to get creative in the kitchen today for some strange reason... Its very yummy and very filling...and healthy as well!

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Chicken and Hummus

1/2 lb chicken breast, skinless, boneless
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 tbsp hummus
1 (medium) pita bread

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Chicken and Hummus

  1. Cut chicken breast into strips

  2. Slice Mushrooms

  3. Add oil to wok or frying pan, add chicken breasts

  4. Add mushrooms when chicken is about half cooked.

  5. Sautee until chicken is properly cooked

  6. Put on plate with hummus and pita bread.

  7. Enjoy!

  8. NOTE: Can also add other veggies and can substitute oil for cooking spray, which works just as well
