Recipe Ingredients for sauteed chicken breasts

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1/8 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 onion
1/4 cup white wine
8 oz low sodium chicken broth
1/6 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for sauteed chicken breasts

  1. place chicken between sheets of plastic wrap and pound with meat mallet to flatten to an even thickness about 1/2 inch. Dredge breasts with half the flour.

  2. Heat 1 tbl oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. about 1-2 minutes per side. transfer to plate keep warm.

  3. heat remaining oil, and brown onion, stirring constantly and scraping up browned bits. Sprinkle with remaining flour. Add wine, broth, bring to a boil.

  4. Return chicken to pan, reduce heat and simmer - cook until heated through (Directions say 6 minutes but I cook it for 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream and mustard until smooth. Turn chicken to coat with sause
