Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Chard Threads

3 cups swiss chard
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp salt
4 ounces goat cheese

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Chard Threads

  1. Cut out white stalk. Coarsely cut out the white stalks and set aside. Stack leaves, roll, and chop into fine threads.

  2. Heat EVOO over high heat. Add garlic and chopped chard stalks, 5min. Add stock, 1-2 mins. Reduce heat to med and mix in chard leaves, salt, pepper. Then add goat cheese. Serve over polenta or pasta.
