Recipe Ingredients for sauteed cauliflower & tomatoes

8 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for sauteed cauliflower & tomatoes

  1. in large deep skillet pour 2tsp of olive oil, heat skillet add cauliflower; cover and cook stirring occasionally add TBS. of water if needed, until cauliflower is golden and almost tender (8-10 mins)

  2. add remaining oil, tomatoes, garlic and cook until tomatoes soften about 3 mins . (stolen from ww)
