Fills you right up AND its low calorie!! this is my addaptation of a recipie I found in a book called: Good Housekeeping: Light and Healthy Recipies

Recipe Ingredients for sauteed Cabbage soup

1 medium onion, sauteed in non-stick spray
2 pounds cabbage, sauteed in non-stick spray
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dill

Recipe Directions for sauteed Cabbage soup

  1. In 12 inch skillet, spray the non-stick spray over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until tender and golden, about 8 minutes.

  2. Add cabbage, salt and pepper; cook, stirring often, until cabbage is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in broth, and cook until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
