Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Cabbage/Carrots

1/2 lbs green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Cabbage/Carrots

  1. Shred cabbage very finely.

  2. Slice the 1/2 onion

  3. Add vegetable oil to the pan.

  4. Sautee the onion. Add shredded carrots and cabbage.

  5. Mix well.

  6. Stir every couple of minutes.

  7. Ready when soft but not mushy.

  8. Add salt to taste.
