Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

6 cup Brussels Sprouts
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp Salted Whipped Butter

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

  1. Trim bottoms off brussels sprouts, cut in half and set aside.

  2. In a frying pan with the canola oil cook the onions and garlic until just transparent. Add in the brussels sprouts and stir. Put the lid on and cook until tender and browned.

  3. Once done, stir in the butter and seasoning blend of your choice. Serve warm.
