Sauteed brussels sprouts with some butter flavor and garlic. Butter may be omitted entirely and replaced with olive oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Brussels Sprouts w/Garlic

1 lb brussels sprouts
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Brussels Sprouts w/Garlic

Warm butter and olive oil in fry pan. Halve the brussels sprouts and add to pan along with garlic. Cover pan and let sautee on low heat until brussels sprouts are tender, stirring occasionally so sprouts don't burn.
