16 ounces brussels sprout
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 ounce parmesan
8 ounces whole wheat pasta
3 ounces pancetta
1 tsp lemon zest

Recipe Directions for sauteed brussels sprout pasta

boil pasta, meanwhile, render pancetta, set aside, drain fat, add olive oil, add garlic, sliced brussels spouts, saute til crisp tender, add pasta, .5 cup pasta water, pancetta, cook until pasta absorbs water, add lemon, 1/2 cheese, toss, serve with remaining cheese on top.
