Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Broccoli & Pepper over Polenta

1/2 cup cornmeal
1 c. broccoli
1 c. sliced red bell pepper
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Broccoli & Pepper over Polenta

  1. Boil cornmeal in a cup of water.

  2. Saute onion & garlic in oil.

  3. Add pepper.

  4. Add broccoli (or broccoli rabe which is not in db).

  5. Put saute over cornmeal and sprinkle with cheese.
