This is the perfect accompaniment to Nepali or Indian curries.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Bok Choy

1 head raw Bok Choy
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
4 small dried red chilies

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Bok Choy

  1. Wash and dry the bok choy. Then Chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the dried red chilies and saute until fragrant. Then add the bok choy and cook until the whites are tender, about 3-5 minutes. After 2 minutes, add the garlic.

  3. Serve immediately.
