Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Bell Peppers and Onions

Heat 1 TB Olive oil over medium heat. Add Onion, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add bell peppers. If desired, add a clove or two of garlic. Cook until veggies are still firm and bright but have grilled and softened just a bit and aroma should be very fragrant.
