Sauteed Bean Sprouts with Bok Choy

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Bean Sprouts with Bok Choy

1/2 cup bok choy
4 cups bean sprouts
1 tsp canola oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chicken stock
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Bean Sprouts with Bok Choy

Heat oil in frying pan. Fry garlic. As soon as aroma is released, add the bok choy stems. Quickly fry then add the bean sprouts. Cook for a minute or so and add chicken stock. Add the bok choy leaves and stir-fry briefly. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
