1 1/2 cups baby spinach, packed
1 cup kale, packed
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 dash salt and pepper

  1. Saute seasonings and garlic in a skillet for about 3 minutes, until garlic is aromatic.

  2. Put the kale and spinach in the skillet, stirring constantly, until the greens have wilted and everything is well mixed, about 2 minutes.
